Head Gear Films: Head Gear Films was founded by Compton Ross, Phil Hunt and Greg Cruttwell in 2002. Compton has worked in the International oil & gas Industry for 35 years; Phil comes from a background of advertising and music stills photography; and Greg has acted in films such as Mike Leigh’s NAKED, GEORGE OF THE JUNGLE and mostly writes for TV.
Expanding in 2004 from producing to a financing arm, Head Gear has financed almost 50 films from all over the globe. In 2007 it launched Bankside Films to handle international sales.
